Founded as the Young Tarheel Farmers, Agriculture Education in North Carolina has a rich history of preparing future generations for the challenges of feeding a growing population. Since 1929 North Carolina FFA continues to help the next generation rise up to meet those challenges by helping its members to develop their own unique talents and explore their interests in a broad range or career pathways.
We are a cooperative of tobacco farmers from Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, with a 400-year tradition of tobacco growing learned from our fathers and grandfathers. From our manufacturing facility in Timberlake, North Carolina, we ship out your tobacco in your choice of forms—cut rag blended and flavored to your exact specifications, expanded stem, toasted burley with your choice of casing formulas, or unmanufactured flue-cured strips.
